Kent-Walsh et al. (2015) recherchent, \u00e0 travers une analyse de la litt\u00e9rature, quels sont les effets de la formation des interlocuteurs de l&rsquo;utilisateur de CAA. Le bon sens et l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience clinique nous am\u00e8nent \u00e0 penser que la formation des interlocuteurs est importante mais une validation par des \u00e9tudes peut venir appuyer des demandes de temps ou de moyens. En France, ces formations pour les interlocuteurs pourraient soit entrer dans le cadre de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation th\u00e9rapeutique du patient (mais il s&rsquo;agirait alors de concevoir un protocole qui serait valid\u00e9 par l&rsquo;ARS afin que ce temps soit r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;orthophoniste qui l&rsquo;anime ou que l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation th\u00e9rapeutique du patient puisse \u00eatre men\u00e9e sans ces protocoles tr\u00e8s contraignants), soit dans le cadre de la formation aux aidants \u00e0 condition d&rsquo;\u00e9largir la notion d&rsquo;aidants \u00e0 celle d&rsquo;interlocuteurs. L&rsquo;article met en \u00e9vidence que la formation des interlocuteurs a bien un effet positif sur la communication des utilisateurs de CAA, De plus, les auteurs affirment que la formation des interlocuteurs devrait toujours faire partie de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation et de l&rsquo;intervention en CAA. Il est important de noter que les effets de la formation des interlocuteurs sont moindres dans le cas d&rsquo;un utilisateur de CAA, porteur de TSA (troubles du spectre autistique).
