En effet, le succ\u00e8s de l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un outil de CAA d\u00e9pend fortement des comp\u00e9tences de l&rsquo;interlocuteur. La recherche ( ce que je nommerais plut\u00f4t recherche action) a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e in-situ, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire dans la situation r\u00e9elle afin que les interlocuteurs apprennent, sans adapter les activit\u00e9s d\u00e9j\u00e0 propos\u00e9es, \u00e0 enrichir en utilisant eux-m\u00eames l&rsquo;outil de CAA, le mod\u00e8le propos\u00e9 aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves utilisateurs de CAA. Les auteurs soulignent que la recherche-action a eu les effets escompt\u00e9s mais dans un cadre favorable : ratio professionnels\/\u00e9l\u00e8ves suffisant, organisation identique du vocabulaire dans un unique mod\u00e8le de synth\u00e8se vocale.
